Blade and Soul will be adding a new dungeon for players who prefer to venture out into the Earthen Realm by their lonesome in the upcoming Eternal Blade update. The new Spectral Shrine solo dungeon is recommended for level 60 – HM 24 players and will task them with investigating the origins of a mysterious sword.
“Ajanara Monastery monks recently discovered a mysterious sword thrust into a stone in a cavern near the monastery. It is believed that the sword belonged to a legendary Blade Master, a protector of the once grand Naryu Empire. Learn more about the Blade Master and the sword she possessed, or is it the sword that possessed her?”
Players who successfully clear Spectral Shrine will have the chance to receive Mentor Emblems, Spectral Emblems, evolvable accessories, and the Spectral Blade outfit. The dungeon can also be completed with a partner in Easy mode.
The Eternal Blade update will also kick off a new Valentine’s event where players will have the chance to grab a new outfit, upgrade materials, and rewards from previous events in exchange for Chocolate Hearts. Chocolate Hearts can be earned from login rewards, completing heroic dungeon daily quests, daily challenges, and by visiting Mister Clankyshanks and clearing his army of Training Dummies.
The Unity Rank cap will also be bumped up from 180 to 210 alongside the launch of the new Unity Store. Players can exchange Unity Tokens, which can be earned by completing Daily Challenges, at the new store to claim a variety of items, including Hongmoon Etching Stones, Brilliant Ascension/Radiance Stone Chests, heroic Psyches, and more.
The Eternal Blade update arrives on February 19. More information can be found on the Blade and Soul official site.
