Magic: Legends Open Beta Slated For March 23rd, New Trailer Released

Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios has confirmed the official open beta launch date for Magic: Legends during the Epic Games Store Spring Showcase earlier today. The open beta will exclusively be available on the PC via the Epic Games Store and will hit the digital store’s shelves on March 23rd.

Players who choose to join the Multiverse through Epic’s digital storefront will be able to claim a free Epic Planeswalker Starter Pack until April 6th. The pack contains a Moorland Ranger costume, a Moorland Ranger Werewolf Summon skin, and 2 30-minute drop rate boosts that can be used in overworld or instanced content.

The Planeswalker Bundle is also available for purchase on the Magic: Legends official site for $39.99 for those who want even more cosmetic items. The bundle contains cosmetic sets for each of the five mana colors, the Gilded Lotus Artifact equipment set, and more.

The team also dropped a new gameplay trailer during the showcase. You’ll find that right after the jump.
